file and folder permisssion

If the file you want to keep for yourself to leave it in your My Documents folder. If you want others to have access to, put it in "public". Some applications are not configured to use my documents and save files in a specific folder of the application.
Generally speaking, they are visible to each user to connect to your computer and use the same application. Many people seem to know about it.
At this point, you may find it worthwhile to have an idea about how to manage permissions for individual files and folders.

The key point that I want to:

Security card (or a replacement card) can be obtained by right-clicking on a file or folder in Windows Explorer and select Properties. Privacy / Access card is visible.

Each folder on the system drive (C drive) to allow access to the Security tab in the properties of the folder. Permits are usually granted for one or more users, system administrators, and application type on the basis of authorization.

Every file on the system drive (C drive) to allow access to the Security tab in the properties window. Permits are generally similar to one user, only administrators and systems based on the type of license applications.

Shared folders (documents attached) on the C drive is usually allow multiple accounts to get access to it, including the group "Everione". The same applies to files in the shared folder.

Each directory is a non-system drive (removable drives such as USB sticks or external hard drive), as a rule, there is only one card that allows you to share folders or shared.

Each non-drive file system (removable drives or external hard drives) will not have any regulated distribution is available immediately.

Shares other than the system drive, usually are treated like any other non-system files. The same applies to the files in any folder on your system drive is not.

Actually - any file or folder on your hard disk than the system or multimedia devices is considered to see someone with an account on the computer is turned on.

If you decide to change some permissions using the Security tab on any file or folder, it is my recommendation to keep only the selection and choose "allov" license.

If you have a Hewlett Packard (HP), you may not have easy access to all the maps / exchange for security on a file or folder in the properties of the C drive or system drive.
I recommend using the "Danny" driving safety settings. "No," license allows you to change the "Allow" and cause a lot of problems and mistakes. A user with a set of "Allow" permission (as an administrator), but also around the "Access Denied" (as root) may be refused further access. It can be difficult to understand and difficult to fix, it happens.
It is a custom to change the resolution if necessary. One involves the use of command-line tools (shrpubv), which can help in shared folders.
The second is to use some command line instructions that provide access control to files and folders for specific users or groups of users. I think it is very risky to manage files and folders, and do not encourage its use as a whole.
Another option that sometimes works to enter the Administrator account in Safe Mode. This may allow for the installation of security permissions in a way that is not generally available. This can be useful for HP customers if it can not provide an access card by conventional methods.
